  1. You can only win what you enter. I think the fundamental change in the approach might shake players into change.

The issue has been here for a long time. There is a feeling that turning up is good enough. Style is irrelevant and as long as you're Aberdeen famous you've made it.

We need someone with a whole new approach to change things. Why not a young Scottish manager who would cost very little.

Absolutely zero chance of that happening. Not saying he might be something one day but he’s younger and less experienced than glass, Goodwin, or Robson. Has he ever won anything? Guy has done nothing in football. Yet perhaps, but absolutely zero chance of us looking at him.

He literally won something last week. It was also glass and Robson's first managerial post. Meaning he clearly has more experience.

P.s I liked what glass tried to do.

  3. Not McInnes for me. Too set in the establishment. No intention of upsetting the Applecart and as a result we had annual squads of mediocre achievers.

We need someone who wants to change things and realises that things have to be done differently to make an impact.

Aye, I'd probably stick with the same lineup and hope that Barron of the Killie game turns up. It's essential that the triangle of three in that midfield perform together. The biggest problem we've got, which isn't unusual when in a rut and late in the season, is that we've got absolutely nothing on the bench to change it up when we're struggling. Duk is a lost cause until summer anyway, and Sokler hasn't really shown anything beyond one good game against the Hun. We've got no exciting young winger, or a big lad to change tactics.

In just feel that sokler needs more time. What he does have is presence and work rate. He will steal the ball back or hold it up. I'd like to see us try to play with two up top and sokler might just get us up the pitch.

Another dreadful performance. Not a single shot on target against fucking Dundee. Admittedly if it wasn’t for a terrible VAR assisted decision to award a penalty for the ball hitting McKenzie on the shoulder it would have finished 0-0 but this team look completely broken and devoid off confidence. We never looked like scoring with us creating next to no chances for Miovski.

Now only 3 points off play off place.

Miovski needs to hold the ball first for us to get up the pitch. Never took it in once. Sokler and duk probably both had more touches in 20 minutes.

Good finisher but no heart. Moved away from defenders and sticks out a leg for a flick. He's far from blameless. We'd have been better with main up front.

It might not be his game but it's the game he was asked to play as a single striker.

Here we go again. Var changes the game. Did anyone claim for the penalty? Not that we’ve done anything in this game but fuck var yet again.

Ridiculous. Ball comes over heads and skifs his arm on the way down. Absolutely unavoidable and never changed the course of the ball.

  7. McCabe would be my choice with a couple of years to bed his philosophy in however glass had a philosophy and got hounded from day one for being Dave's mate in on the cheap.

This meant that he didn't get much goodwill when the team floundered.

Sadly I think McCabe would also be seen as a cheap option and suffer a similar fate at Aberdeen. I'm sure he will go on to do well in future but I don't think he'll get the chance with us.

Given the wealth of candidates for scapegoat, Miovski seems a wierd choice.

So he's beyond criticism?? Did you not see him ten yards out try to flick it over the defender rather than shoot?

That was game set and match.

Devlin was second to the ball and should've pulled out. Silly pen to give but a pen none the lesd, then panic set in.

Time will tell on bojan. I've made no secret that I thought Ramirez was a superior finisher and I stand by it.

Time will tell us how good bojan is and I'll be happy to listen to you all tell me if he can move up a level and score goals.

Should've had a match ball today and bair at Motherwell would have with the same chances.

  9. After a few weeks, this sits with the manager.

He needs to bring the aggression into training. He needs to put physical presence on the pitch. We all know that shinnie, Barron and clarkson is lightweight AF.

Shinnie has a dirty streak but he's also past it and physically lacking in the tackle. I'd drop him tomorrow and make others take responsibility.

I don't care if he plays ruby at CDM, we're far too soft. Many of these guys have come with good CV's which makes you think that the Cormack park culture is too easy.

We're second to everything and rarely dominate play. That comes from an uncompetitive atmosphere.

Just to clarify, I used to call it dels holiday camp. This isn't a new issue. Probably the last five years.

  10. For me offside should only be the players feet, easy to manage. Even for VAR.

What I can't abide however is the second phase nonsense. Lino keeps flag down, play goes on and then if there isn't a goal it's never looked at. ( A corner with rangers and dessers against us ). I see this at all spfl levels. What's the point of the lino of not to raise a flag?

A slightly different take on this is ( and kyogo is a master of it ) standing ten yards off with your hand up. Winger runs onto the ball and then delivers into the box where you're ahead of the CB because you had a ten yard start. Utterly ridiculous. If you're off, you just should'nt be allowed to get involved.
