  1. Cheers GS. How do you go about subscribing to it? I clicked on the link to the Red Final from the officla AFC site, but it appears that redfinal.com domain is now for sale/not being used.
  2. I used to read The Red Final now and again, and there was one called 10MWTW a while back as well. Do these or related AFC fanzines still exist? In a paper format I mean, and sold outside the ground on matchdays?
  3. I was on the wind up min. I've never seen the photo on the net, and have no idea about your facebook and would never want to see it. Couple of things, though. 'Jealous much' - my nephew says that sometimes. He's 7. Calling someone a gaylord is a bit immature. Your photo looks distinctly photoshopped. Soory it took so long to reply. Haven't been on this thread for some time. All the best, Amp
  4. Oops... Does the Pittodrie Shop do the printing?
  5. Getting the new home top for a mate with his name printed on the back - does anyone know how long this takes if you order at the club shop on Bridge Street? I.e. do they print the shirts there and then? If they send the top away somewhere to get it printed, then I might as well just order online rather than trail over to Bridge St.
  6. Change - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I never use the gardens persoanlly, or KnoW anyone that does. But we must NOT change them into something that will look better and be used!

    Buying a hoose

'Work hard, get off your arse, do some extra hours to earn the money'. Etc, etc, etc. Perhaps some of the older generation need to understand that a lot of the younger generation work just as hard as you did. Do the same amount of hours that you did. Are probably significantly more intelligent aged 25 than you were when you were age 25. The difference being that the older generation (buying houses 7-20 years ago had access to a HUGE amount of lenders, offering you 100% mortgages and the like, whether you had a good credit history or not. You probably had to pay a tiny deposit. Today, such lenders simply do not exist. One missed/late credit card payment will stop most from getting a mortgage. And if you get past that stage, you are probably going to have to raise at least a £20-30,000 deposit in order to prove to the bank that you can pay back what they lend, plus interest. We (wife to be and I) are in mid 20s, and were lucky enough in that we had the deposit money and a decent credit rating 2 years ago when we bought. Most others don't have that. It does bug me when the young are told to get off their arses and work harder if they want to get a property - this is simply missing the point by a huge margin.
  8. Someone with more proffessional pride would have taken the move to Dundee, imo. He is clearly happy sitting on the bench at Aberdeen, getting a decent wage. Doesn't want to drop down a level where people would actually expect him to do well.
  9. Honeymoon in Cyrpus in August. London in mid-Feb.
  10. A much improved defender, who I'm sure will go on to play for Scotland eventually, and one of the best goalscorers in the SPL signed up. Well done Aberdeen - credit where credit's due. Now let's convince the iceman to stay!
  11. Good news I think, if true. I don't know if it's true.
  12. ...according to latest e-mail from RedWeb. Hopefully we can show some fight in this game and get the three points.
  13. Game off, confirmed on RedWeb http://www.afc.co.uk/articles/20111107/breaking-news-game-is-off_2212158_2509208
