  1. Tickets go on sale tomorrow...better hurry as they may all sell out in the first hour
  2. I'd have a guess that as it didn't involve a team from Glasgow then it's not really important.
  3. Welcome to our world, Wolves...2-1 up on 97 mins, lost 3-2 to Coventry.
  4. Fairly sure all the teams we've got to play are looking to us as an opportunity to pick up 3 points (6 if you're County, Livi, possibly Dundee).
  5. Since the draw is tomorrow would it be worthwhile (*) Dave Cormack suggesting to the SFA that whoever is drawn out of the "hat" first and third are designated the "home" teams and get to choose the end they'd like their supporters to be allocated to and that the draw for the final (ie winners of match 1 v. winners of match 2) is made in a similar manner at the same time. *obviously I know the answer.
  6. Whoever we get hopefully he doesn't take a couple of training sessions and think "My, that Shayden Morris looks a player"
  7. So could still be Lennon.
  8. Penalties is the only fucking time he does come off his line so even if he actually saves one it's probably going to be retaken.
  9. Being an old git think music finished in 1969...but was reading the Guardian's over-by-over on the India v England test match (the English were getting absolutely mullered!) and somebody posted this and just thought the video was terrific and the song's pretty good too.
  10. Sell Morris, sell Gueye...that's a powerful thing you are smoking Nobody with any footballing sense is going to buy either of those 2, I reckon we'll have to pay up their contracts.
  11. I thought that MacKenzie's performance today was even more impressive because of who was playing in front of him - thought he was our best player. Hoilet at least knows how to set up to defend, not like Duk who's always reacting.
  12. Almost as good as this one -
  13. Guess it's a typical BBC snafu as Hearts are 3 after 20mins
  14. Presumably he was giving as many players as he could a game to see what he's dealing with. Hopefully he's have learned (not exactly a mensa question) is that Morris, as you say, is really crap...in the first 5 mins he got the ball, skipped past his marker and then, instead of sprinting into the space he'd created, cantered because he's a playground fitba player...beat somebody, look at me I'm so good, take on someone else and lose the ball - his 2 efforts in the 2nd half when he was one-on-one with his marker and he headed for the bye-line but didn't actually get away from his marker so that his cross had to be hurried (see v. St Mirren); that Duk hasn't got it as a player (lucky the ref. didn't book him for his blatant dive which would have been a second yellow), that purple patch he had last season is as good as it's going to get. Wasn't at all impressed with Barron when he came on unfortunately as I thought he'd have started but I guess Warnock is giving him and Clarkson the chance to impress from the start/come on as sub as his main creative player. Doohan looked ok-ish but seemed in the same mould at Roos - punch rather that grab, stay on your line - at least he didn't once kick the ball into the of the stands. Jack MacKenzie continues to impress. Good to see Warnock leaves one up front when we're defending a corner (even though it was usually Morris) because it occupies at least 2 of their players. All of those on here of a religious persuasion (and the rest of us, just in case), please pray that Miovski doesn't get injured. We're in the next round of the cup and that's all you want, to be honest (tbh as you youngsters would type).
  15. Maybe he'll be like a lower league joker (from Scotland) who'd never won a cup in his career (and didn't again) until he managed the Dons - Ally McLeod.
