  1. Came perilously close to being burned as a witch by my fellow companions, after predicting at half time that we would concede a penalty in the final minute of added on time for a suspect VAR handball decision.
  2. Not convinced, what use is a manager that loses the title on the final day - we want a manager that loses the title nice and early in the season, so we can get the next manager in.
  3. Incidentally, I think we can halt these Aberdeen field trials into whether "new manager bounce" exists, it doesn't, we can stop testing now.
  4. Hideous to watch. I've watched some shite with Aberdeen, particularly in the early part of this century, but at least then they had the excuse that the individual players were crap. This is just bewildering in how far the sum of the whole is below its parts, a team with Clarkson, Duk, Devlin, Shinnie, Barron, McGrath, Miovski as options should simply not be in this situation. I fear for us.
  5. a controversial penalty and two red cards for the opposing team - just another normal day at the office for Sevco.
  6. Going on that logic, I now too expect Xabi to be announced Monday. Dave, suggest we send him some rowies and point out Munich, Madrid and Liverpool don't do them.
  7. Can't help thinking - did Warnock manage the team today? Or did we just see a Leven win.
  8. Don't knock it, clearly some of your Warnock out rumours got through to him too.
  9. Well, guess I got my answer. Wonder when the decision was made.
  10. Just watching the pre-match interviews, why does Warnock never say "we" when he talks about Aberdeen? Always "they" - doesnt exactly smack of togetherness and cohesion.
  11. Disappointed the BBC have dropped the "(formerly known as Twitter)" bit, now every statement just looks like someone forgot to update the placeholder in the draft copy with the correct reference.
  12. On the plus side, at least it's cheaper to sack an interim manager than a permanent one.
  13. Only fair that we draw straws to decide who can have 27.
  14. Given the wealth of candidates for scapegoat, Miovski seems a wierd choice.
  15. Can only assume Warnock was brought in to save us from relegation. Disaster of a game.
