Last week

Quote from: Riordan
I’ve offered to play for nothing and nobody’s taken it up. I’ve changed agents a couple of times and, whether you’re getting the right information back, I don’t know.

Since then Kenny Sheils offers him a chance of a contract at Morton, but today

Quote from: Morton
Kenny Shiels' has admitted he is no longer interested in signing Derek Riordan, after the striker did not show up for training.

Riordan signs for Edinburgh City. Not played since being freed by York at the end of last season. Total waste of talent but hopefully enough to keep City up.

Saw this on Youtube.  Interesting to see how so few young players actually make it to the top.  Includes James Wilson.

In all fairness Alan Tate won the League Cup with some really famous club called Aberdeen in 2014 and Giuseppe Rossi scored said winning goal at their ground Pittodrie three years earlier.
